Business Damaged In Fire At Rancho Mirage Strip Mall

Fire damaged the exterior of a business in a strip mall in Rancho Mirage early Saturday, officials said.

RANCHO MIRAGE, CA — Fire damaged the exterior of a business in a strip mall in Rancho Mirage Saturday morning.

Firefighters responded to the Rancho Las Palmas Shopping Center in the 42500 block of Bob Hope Drive, near Highway 111, at 1:20 a.m., and found a fire burning outside the building, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

The fire was extinguished at 2:07 a.m., the department said.
