Visitors at this year's Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival can renew their vehicle registration or file for planned non-operation status by using a DMV Now: Self-Service Terminal. It uses touchscreen technology to assist customers in completing DMV transactions. The kiosk can be found at the DMV information booth located in the Commercial Building where DMV representatives will be available to answer questions and demonstrate how simple it is to use the blue and gold touch screen terminals."Placing a DMV Now: Self-Service Terminal at the Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival provides our customers with an opportunity to experience the convenience of using this popular terminal," said DMV Director Jean Shiomoto. "They will find out how quick and easy it is to instantly get their registration renewal card and license plate tags."
Customers must bring the renewal notice they received in the mail or their current registration card in order to complete transactions on the terminal. It accepts payments in cash, check, and credit or debit cards.

The public is encouraged to visit the DMV information booth from February 17 to February 26. The Riverside County Fairgrounds is located at 82-503 Highway 111 in Indio, California.DMV Now: Self Service Terminals are currently located in 60 DMV field offices statewide.
