Palm Desert Charter Middle School Principal Honored
The city of Palm Desert declared March 22, 2012 as Sallie Fraser Day for her work in promoting robotics at Palm Desert Charter Middle School, which has won awards at several regional and national competitions.
Principal Sallie Fraser was honored today with a day named in her honor.
Palm Desert Mayor Robert Spiegel declared March 22, 2012 as "Sallie Fraser Day" in the city of Palm Desert for her work in supporting robotics curriculum at the school.
Most recently, the PDCMS robotics team at a competition in San Diego.

"We are always hopeful this program will inspire students to go on," Fraser said after receiving the proclamation.
She also gave credit to students and robotics teacher Reggie Clark.
