Red Porsche Carrera Sought In Palm Springs Fatal Hit-And-Run
The victim was identified as Jessie Fleury, 39, of San Jacinto, according to the coroner's office.

PALM SPRINGS, CA — The Riverside County coroner's office Saturday named the pedestrian killed on the shoulder of a Palm Springs roadway by a hit-and-run driver, who remains at-large.
The Palm Springs Police Department said it received several reports beginning around 6:40 a.m. Friday of a person lying on a dirt shoulder near East Palm Canyon and South Broadmoor drives.
When officers arrived, they determined the male pedestrian was dead, police said. A preliminary investigation revealed he was the victim of a hit-and-run.

Police said they were looking for a red 2012-16 Porsche Carrera with front-end damage. The department's Traffic Division asked witnesses to call them at 760-323-8125.
