Assistance League Thrift Shop’s Cookware and Kitchen Event Sizzles

The innovative member volunteers at Assistance League Thrift Shop, located next to the Park Theater, in Lafayette are scheduling an epicurean delight, the annual Cookware and Kitchen Event, which will begin Tuesday, June 3. Set your timer for a 9:45 arrival which will hopefully gain you entrance at 10 am.

You will find yourself in very good company when you consider such culinary celebs as Sur La Table, Anolon, Calphalon, Le Creuset, Cuisinart and Keurig. Inventory items will include baking pans, stock pots, frying and sauce pans, as well as a few toasters and coffeemakers.

Additionally, a Keurig coffee maker, Sula Table saucepans and a set of four dishes, a large Creuset baking dish, glass serving dishes for buffet, dish sets, candlesticks and dish sets offer a new approach to cooking and entertaining. Prices range from $2 to $35.

If inventory allows, a 50% off sale is scheduled for the following Tuesday, June 10, again beginning at 10 am. You might consider a return visit just to see if any other items would thrive in your kitchen.
