Pleasanton House Fire Injures 1: LPFD

PLEASANTON, CA — One person was injured in a two-story home on the 7000 block of Aspen Court in Pleasanton Sunday night, according to the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department.

The fire broke out on the second floor of the home at around 9:10 p.m. Sunday for reasons that are currently under investigation, according to the department. Eleven units arrived, according to the Pulsepoint app, and the fire was extinguished in about 25 minutes. Firefighters stayed on scene for several hours to ensure all hidden pockets of fire were fully extinguished, and Pulsepoint reported the incident closed at 11:44 p.m.

One resident was injured and transported to the hospital, LPFD said.
