Firehouse Arts Center Cancels Two Shows
Pleasanton's Firehouse Arts Center is canceling shows Wednesday and Saturday "out of an abundance of caution."

PLEASANTON, CA — Pleasanton’s Firehouse Arts Center has canceled two performances this week due to the continuing omicron surge, the organization announced on social media.
“We Banjo 3”, a touring banjo triplet, has canceled its performance scheduled for Wednesday, and “Take Me to the World,” a concert by soprano Eve Marie Shahoian, canceled a performance scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 29.
"We are deeply saddened to have to announce several of our upcoming shows will not go forward as we planned," We Banjo 3 said in a statement obtained by Pleasanton Weekly. "We've been racking our brains trying to decide the best course of action that keeps the band, crew, venue staff and all of you safe, and out of an abundance of caution, we have to announce these postponements."
