I am powerful, free, strong, friendly,
I feel my inhabitants in me, part of me,
I love the sun, making me warm and glistening,
I hear even the shark, prowling silently,

I see the few wispy clouds in the clear sky,
I smell the fresh smell of me and my life,
I dream of being able to take to the skies,
I gaze at all my inhabitants lovingly,

I notice the wind aiding me with my waves,
I touch the sandy shores of the beach,
I wish nothing else than being me,
I cry for every inhabitant in me that dies,
