Pleasanton Hosting Emergency Preparation Workshop

The free workshop will cover topics like emergency preparation kits, local hazards, and more.

PLEASANTON, CA — September is National Preparedness Month, and Pleasanton is hosting a free community workshop to help community members prepare for emergencies.

Topics will include local hazards and how to prepare for them, how to build your own emergency kit, and steps to keep your family safe. All attendees will receive a free emergency guide.

The meeting will take place Tuesday, Sept. 23 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the City Council Chambers at 200 Old Bernal Avenue in Pleasanton.
