Pleasanton Library Implements New Technology Features In 2017

From Pleasanton Public Library: The Pleasanton Public Library is implementing new technology enhancements to make your library experience even better.

Now you can borrow a laptop to use in the library! Great for work or play, the laptops feature
Microsoft Office, internet access, and wireless printing. Check one out today! All you need is your
library card.

The library will soon have updated self-service kiosks that allow you to checkout and renew
materials and pay fines with your credit or debit card. To ensure your privacy, you will also have a
new PIN number to access your library account from the kiosks and online from home. When you
first login with your library barcode number, you will be prompted to create your own four-digit
PIN number. If you have any questions, our friendly, knowledgeable staff is ready to assist you.
