Update: Power Restored; Outage Possibly Due To Arcing Lines
Parts of Pleasanton are experiencing a power outage on Saturday afternoon.

Updated 8pm: A Saturday afternoon power outage may have been caused by tree branches interfering with power lines, according to the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to a report of arcing power lines at Black Avenue and Logenberry Way around 3:25 p.m., when the outage occurred.
About 1,700 PG&E customers were without power for about an hour.
PG&E responded and removed the hazardous tree limbs.
