Santa Claus Is Coming To Pleasanton: Where To See Him

Santa's going to traveling all over the Tri-Valley this holiday season. Here's where you can catch a glimpse.

PLEASANTON, CA — Visits and pictures with Santa Claus are treasured traditions for many Pleasanton families. In and around Pleasanton, kids have several chances to see jolly old St. Nick in person. Pleasanton:

  • Magical Holiday Evening: Enjoy free photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus at Museum on Main, and a night of music, shopping specials, and family-friendly activities along Main Street. Dec. 6.
  • Pleasanton Hometown Holiday Celebration: Enjoy a festive parade, and a tree lighting with Santa and local leaders. Dec. 7.
  • Stoneridge Shopping Center: Nov: 3-7 M-F, 10-8 Sat., 12-6 Sun. Dec: 11-7, 7 days a week. Santa will also be available for children with special needs, pets, and for milk and cookies.

  • Holiday Sights and Sounds Parade & Tree Lighting: Santa will be escorted by an LPFD truck and welcomed by local choirs for a countdown to light the tree. Dec. 6.
  • Holiday Village in the Park: Santa will be in the Gazebo downtown for photos at this special night of music, caroling, and a full holiday village full of local food, drink, and crafts. Dec. 7.
  • Sensory Santa: Children with autism and other disabilities will get to meet Santa at the Robert Livermore Community Center, where there will be softer lighting, lower background noise, and minimal decorations. Dec. 13.
