Too $hort, Air Supply, Sugar Ray, And More Are Booked For East Bay Performances
Grammy winners and artists who've sold 100 million records are part of the 2025 Big O Tires Summer Concert Series.

PLEASANTON, CA — If you just wanna fly, you’re in luck. Tickets are available to the Alameda County Fair’s Big O Tires Summer Concert Series, which will include stars like Sugar Ray, Air Supply, Gym Class Heroes, Colbie Caillat, Too $hort, and many more.
Gym Class Heroes, who will perform June 14, are a rap rock band who get their name from the fact that frontman Travie McCoy met drummer Matt McGinley during their high school gym class. They are best known for their gold-selling 2006 album “As Cruel as School Children,” which produced the hit single “Cupid’s Chokehold.” Other hits include “Clothes Off!!” and “Stereo Hearts.”
Air Supply, who will perform June 19, are an Australian soft rock duo formed in 1975 who have sold over 100 million records worldwide. They boast eight top five hits on the Billboard Hot 100, including, “Lost in Love,” “All Out of Love,” and “Making Love Out of Nothing at All.”

Sugar Ray, who will perform June 20, are a rock band from Newport Beach that achieved mainstream success with their 1997 hit “Fly,” which reached number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay chart for four consecutive weeks. During the next few years, they released more hits like “Every Morning,” “Someday,” and “When It’s Over.”
Too $hort, who will perform June 25, is an Oakland rapper best known for singles like “Blow the Whistle” and “The Ghetto.” His 1989 album “Life Is….Too Short” went double platinum, and his many albums in the 90s also went platinum. He has collaborated with a number of iconic rappers, including Tupac Shakur, Biggie Smalls, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, and E-40.

Colbie Caillat, who will perform June 27, is a Grammy-winning artist who has sold over six million albums worldwide and over 10 million singles. She won “Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals” for her 2008 duet “Lucky” with Jason Mraz,” and “Album of the Year” for her contributions to Taylor Swift’s 2009 “Fearless.” Her best known songs include “Bubbly,” and “Realize,” which both peaked at number five on the Billboard 200 and were certified double platinum.
