$2K+ In Merchandise Stolen From RSM CVS: Police
The theft was reported during routine patrol checks on local businesses, the Orange County Sheriff's Department said.

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — A routine patrol check on local businesses in Rancho Santa Margarita revealed a theft in-progress, the Orange County Sheriff's Department reported.
The incident happened on Friday, March 21, when deputies stopped a vehicle from leaving a CVS parking lot.
"Something just didn't seem right," an OCSD statement read.

An investigation into the vehicle revealed over $2,000 worth of stolen items from the CVS.
The individuals were arrested and a juvenile was released to an adult pending additional charges, police said.
