Excessive Heat Warning In Rancho Santa Margarita Starts This Week: NWS

Rancho Santa Margarita residents can expect temperatures above 90 degrees as the forecast calls for hot, arid conditions this week.

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — Another heat spike is headed to Orange County, and residents can expect scorching temperatures in inland Orange County and a return of summer beach weather along the coast.

The National Weather Service issued an Excessive Heat Watch from 10 a.m. Wednesday through 8 p.m. Friday for all inland Orange County cities, including Rancho Santa Margarita.

In Rancho Santa Margarita, temperatures will climb to the low-to-mid-90s Wednesday through Friday, with light winds of up to 10 miles per hour blowing.
