Happy Tuesday! Here are five things Redondo Beach residents should know today: 

  1. The Redondo Beach City Council will convene Tuesday at 6 p.m. for its regular meeting. The agenda, which includes a hearing on the controversial proposed car wash on Torrance Boulevard, is available online.
