Redondo Beach Building Evacuated After Hazardous Materials Found
Police said there was no serious injuries but traffic is being restricted in the area of 3700 block of Doolittle Drive.

A hazardous materials incident today prompted the clearing of a building in Redondo Beach and a response from local and county firefighters.
Redondo Beach police issued an advisory about 2:20 p.m. that said firefighters were responding to the incident of 3701 Doolittle Drive and that traffic was being restricted in the area. The advisory said there were no serious injuries.
A Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatch supervisor said its personnel were called to the scene just after 2 p.m.

Redondo Beach Fire Department Division Chief Isaac Yang said the building was being cleared, but offered no additional details.
