Riviera Village Summer Festival: Schedule, Hours, Parking, More

REDONDO BEACH, CA — The 42nd annual Riviera Village Summer Festival returns this weekend, from Friday, June 28 to Sunday, June 30.

The three-day street festival, presented by the Riviera Village Association, will feature more than 300 exhibitors, high-end arts and crafts booths, beer and wine garden, live entertainment throughout the day, an international food court and carnival rides for kids, according to the Riviera Village press release. Admission to this event is free.

The Riviera Village Summer Festival is in South Redondo Beach, with exhibits along Catalina Avenue, Avenue I, Avenida del Norte and Vista del Mar.

Hours:

• Friday, June 28 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• Saturday, June 29 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Sunday, June 30 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Getting There:

• There will be free bike valet service provided by the Beach Cities Cycling Club on the corner of Avenue I and Catalina.
• There will be a free shuttle service all day Saturday and Sunday from South High School, located at 4801 Pacific Coast Highway in Torrance.
• There will also be paid parking for $20 all day at Plaza Riviera (1611 S. Catalina Avenue, Redondo Beach) and for $7 all day at Torrance Beach Parking (387 Paseo de la Playa, Torrance).

Schedule:

The Main Stage features a Beer and Wine Garden with live rock music. For Ages 21 or older, located at Corner of Avenue I and Catalina Ave.

Friday, June 28:

• Retrofit from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Barley from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Saturday, June 29:

• Abrakadabra Latin Jazz Original Music from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
• Jeremy Buck from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Tres Hombres from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Sunday, June 30

• The Skinny Ties Band from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Crow Hill Band from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Feed the Kitty from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The Community Stage features an eclectic mix of live entertainment for all ages. It will be located at Corner of Catalina Avenue and Elena, in the Coffee Cartel Parking Lot.
