Roger Clinton, Hillary's Brother-in-Law, Arrested in SoCal on Drunken Driving Charges
After a DUI arrest, Roger Clinton was released on $15,000 bail and is scheduled for a court appearance in September.

REDONDO BEACH, Calif. -- Roger Clinton, the half-brother of former president Bill Clinton, was arrested in Redondo Beach over the weekend on drunken driving charges, police said.
Clinton, who resides in Torrance, was taken into custody at around 7:20 p.m. Sunday after he was pulled over at the intersection of Torrance Avenue and Prospect Boulevard, police said.
Clinton refused a blood test and was bailed out by his attorney after posting a $15,000 bond at around 9:30 a.m. Monday, police said.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 2, police said.
Clinton was last arrested for suspicion of DUI in 2001, the same year his brother, then-president Clinton pardoned him on drug charges.

Clinton's arrest came after a weekend when his sister-in-law, Hillary Clinton, had several appearances in the Southland to rally supporters and win over some voters in the California primary Tuesday.
