CSU Announces Deadline Extensions For Wildfire Victims
Any applicants affected by the Northern California wildfires could request an application deadline extension.

CALIFORNIA -- Applicants who were affected by the Northern California wildfires can request a deadline extension for their applications, the California State University system announced recently.
The university system said all 23 campuses will offer victims of the wildfires an opportunity to submit an application by Dec. 15 should they submit a request.
Prospective students can also receive a fee waiver for unexpected economic hardships and take the SAT at a later date.

CSU is the largest system of higher education in the country, with 50,800 faculty and staff and 479,000 students.
The Northern California wildfires burned tens of thousands of acres across several counties, killing 43 people and injuring nearly 200.
