4:17 a.m. Richard Gourneau, 50, who is homeless, was arrested on Boris Court for a felony count of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia and for violation of probation. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

10:35 a.m. Javier Montes-Medina, 25, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 544 Racquet Club Circle for a misdemeanor count of battery. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

9:53 p.m. John Mynatt, 50, was arrested at 6125 Commerce Blvd. for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, for violation of probation and for two outstanding warrants. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Sunday, July 17

1:21 a.m. Gene Harris, 32, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 5040 Redwood Dr. for using a controlled substance and for violation of probation. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

6:40 p.m. Two juveniles, both 15, were arrested at 4625 Redwood Dr. for shoplifting. One is from Rohnert Park and the other is from Sebastopol. A third juvenile, age 12, was cited for shoplifting as well. The two 15-year-olds were booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Saturday, July 16

2:17 a.m. Justin Jacoban, 18, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 655 Enterprise Dr. for public intoxication. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

5:28 p.m. Walter Schellenberg, 39, of Rohnert Park, was arrested for possession of narcotics at 6475 Redwood Dr. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Friday, July 15

2:56 a.m. Fabian Salgado, 37, of Santa Rosa, was arrested on City Center Drive for felony aggravated assault, obstructing justice and resisting arrest and for repeated annoying phone calls to an area residence. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

4:37 a.m. Jose Delpalacio, 24, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 7323 College View Dr. for four felonies, including assault with a firearm, burglary, illegal possession of a firearm and violation of parole. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

10:33 p.m. Donna Blackwell, 51, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 377 Burton Ave. for battery and violation of probation. She was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

11:52 p.m. Leland Ward, 38, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at the intersection of Liman Way and Myrtle Avenue for driving under the influence and for hitting an area resident's personal property and attempting to drive away. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

9:08 p.m. Karen Mahoney, 55, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 6351 Country Club Dr. for trespassing and violation of probation. She was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

2:28 a.m. Benjamin Starkey, 23 of Rohnert Park, was arrested on Southwest Boulevard for a felony count of assault. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

7:47 p.m. Vincente McMath, 36, of Rohnert Park, was arrested 1543 Griffin Wy. for a misdemeanor count of battery. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

11:32 a.m. Royce Wilson, 37, of Lower Lake, was arrested at 5040 Redwood Dr. for a felony count of violation of probation, two outside warrants and possession of burglary tools. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

11:32 a.m. Jami Iraci, 18, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 5040 Redwood Dr. for two felonies, including possession of narcotics and possession of a controlled substance, and for four misdemeanors including two outside warrants and two more possession charges. She was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

1:44 p.m. A 12-year-old juvenile was arrested at 1450 Golf Course Dr. for stealing a bicycle, knowingly receiving stolen property, vandalism and possession of 28.5 grams of marijuana. She was booked at Sonoma County Jail.
