Stop Wasting Time in Poorly Run Meetings
Training session offered Sept. 11 in Rohnert Park.

How many of those meetings produce clear results?

Devoting a modest amount of time and attention to improving your companyβs meetings will reward you with increased efficiency, a decrease in conflict, better decision-making, and greater group cohesiveness.
