What Do You Wish Was Here?

The city's Southwest Shopping Center has its share of tenants — 49er Pet (a local gem), Mocha Mamas, a new dollar store, a cool comic book spot, a couple eateries and the nonprofit . But, many readers agreed recently that the plaza is in much need of renovation. 

While the center is in the , there are no immediate plans to do anything drastic to improve the place. So, Rohnert Park Patch wanted to ask you, readers. What do you think should be there?

What could be done to bring life to one of the most historic spots in Rohnert Park? Local historian recently asked for help to identify an  of the Southwest plaza, which sparked some ideas in my mind.

There is so much unused parking there, and there's tons of vacant office/retail space.
