  • Which locations are open to the public? list of all of our locations * Please note that Southgate Library is temporarily closed for renovations. Ella K. McClatchy, Franklin, McKinley and North Sacramento-Hagginwood are not yet open to the public, but do offer curbside service.   • Curbside service is available at most locations Isleton, Nonie Wetzel Courtland and Walnut Grove service hours are Tuesdays through Saturdays from 1 to 6 p.m. One-hour are available at select locations Are face coverings required? What safety measures are in place at the library?
