NORTHERN CALIFORNIA — As we head into the new week, we've rounded up the stories you may have missed Saturday and Sunday to prepare you for Monday.

But before we jump into Northern California's top stories, residents in some cities could see record-high temperatures Monday and Tuesday as temperatures are on track to be 15 to 20 degrees above normal both days, according to the National Weather Service.

"A warming is forecast through early next week with the warmest days being Monday and Tuesday," NWS San Francisco forecasters wrote. "The pattern begins to shift Wednesday, with unsettled weather possible late in the week. Wetter weather continues to trend favorably at the end of the month and into early April."
