No Injuries Reported After Fire Breaks Out in Mission District Restaurant

The fire was reported around 10 p.m. Friday at Lolinda restaurant.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A fire that broke out a Mission District restaurant in San Francisco Friday evening does not appear suspicious at this time, according to a San Francisco Fire Department spokesman.

The fire was first reported around 10 p.m. at Lolinda restaurant at 2818 Mission St., fire spokesman Jonathan Baxter said. Upon arrival firefighters were able to contain the fire to a flue pipe above a stove in the restaurant's kitchen.

No injuries were reported and no residents or businesses were displaced. Information about the damage the building sustained was not immediately available.
