Davis Street Provides FREE COVID-19 Vaccine Pop-Up Clinics!

The Davis Street Primary Care Clinic will be providing FREE COVID-19 Vaccine pop-up Clinics throughout San Leandro and the surrounding communities to provide more opportunities for those without access.

Dates Include:

• Wednesday, July 21, 2021, 8am-11:30am San Leandro Senior Center
• Wednesday, July 21, 2021, 1pm-2pm San Leandro Public Library
• Saturday, August 14, 2021, 8am-12pm Davis Street Health Fair

FREE Johnson & Johnson and Moderna vaccines will be administered for adults 18 and over, and FREE Pfizer Vaccines for children ages 12-17 years old.

*All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless they are an emancipated minor*
