Missing Bay Area Girl, 11, Last Seen Around Midnight
The California Highway Patrol has issued an "Ebony Alert" for a girl in the East Bay Wednesday. She was last seen early Wednesday.
SAN LEANDRO, CA — The California Highway Patrol has issued an "Ebony Alert" for a missing 11-year-old girl last seen in San Leandro early Wednesday morning.
The CHP describes Miracle Hart as 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
The missing girl was last seen near Los Banos Avenue at 167th Ave. around midnight, the CHP reported. She was wearing a long black dress with white lettering on it.
