Severe Traffic Alert Issued Due To Overturned Truck On 880/238
All northbound lanes of I-238 to southbound I-880 in San Leandro are closed.
SAN LEANDRO, CA — All lanes of northbound I-238 to southbound I-880 in San Leandro are closed due to an overturned tractor trailer on the connector ramp. A Severe Traffic Alert was issued.
The California Highway Patrol said at 10:11 a.m. that the estimated reopening time has been pushed back to 1:30 p.m. CHP first reported the incident at 5:34 a.m. Tuesday. Traffic is currently backed up on westbound I-580 from the connector to Castro Valley.
