Creative Studios Available For Rent In San Ramon
Six creative studios with great amenities and natural light are available at discounted prices for San Ramon residents.
SAN RAMON, CA — Anyone brimming with ideas but short on space can apply to rent a private creative studio in San Ramon. Applications are open for six 120-square-feet creative studios located in the DoughertyStation Community Arts Center, the city's local hub of creative classes, programs, workshops, and exhibits.
Creative studios are approximately 120 square feet and offer parking, Wi-Fi, storage, AC and heat, a break room, and natural lighting.
Artists can rent weekly or monthly. Five artist studios are available for month to month rental for up to a six-month commitment, and one of the studios is available daily, weekly, or monthly.

Studios cost $395 a month for residents and $494 a month for non-residents with a $125 deposit. Studios cost $125 a week for residents and $157 for non-residents. Residents pay $35 a day, and non-residents pay $44 a day.
