San Ramon Accepting Artist Applications To Display In Galleries
August 1 is the deadline to apply for space in one of the city's five galleries in 2023.

SAN RAMON, CA —The City of San Ramon is looking for artists who are interested in displaying their work at one of the city's five galleries next year.
The city is accepting Art Gallery Exhibit Applications until Aug. 1. Applications are available online.
"All visual artists interested in exhibiting in one of San Ramon's galleries during 2023 are welcome to apply, including solo artists, duos and group shows," the city said in a statement.

According to the city, all art submissions and applications will be reviewed by the Arts Advisory Committee. The 2023 schedule for all San Ramon art galleries will be confirmed in November or December of this year, the city said.
The city also reminds locals to visit San Ramon's five art galleries, which feature work by local and regional artists, art groups and youth artists, in addition to displaying traveling exhibits.

"You do not have to travel far to see wonderful works of art on a regular basis. Stop by the galleries to enjoy a variety of art exhibits," the city said in a statement.
The five art galleries are:
- Lindsay Dirkx Brown Art Gallery, 12501 Alcosta Blvd.
- City Hall Art Gallery, 7000 Bollinger Canyon Rd.
- Alcosta Senior and Community Center Art Gallery, 9300 Alcosta Blvd.
- Dougherty Station Community Center Art Gallery, 17011 Bollinger Canyon Rd.
- San Ramon Library Art Gallery, 100 Montgomery St.
