Megan O'Donoghue Selected as San Ramon's First Director of Human Resources

The City of San Ramon is pleased to announce the selection of Megan O’Donoghue as the City’s first Director of Human Resources, effective November 3. O’Donoghue brings nearly a decade of experience in Human Resources, most recently as the City of San Ramon’s HR Manager since 2022.

“Since joining the City, Megan has brought fresh energy and strategic focus to our Human Resources team,” said City Manager Steven Spedowfski. “Her efforts are strengthening our workforce and reinforcing San Ramon’s reputation as a top-tier public employer in the region.”

Convergence of Creativity Juried Art Exhibition & Reception

Exhibition: November 15–December 17
Public Reception: Saturday, November 15 from 6–8 p.m.
Lindsay Dirkx Brown Gallery at San Ramon Community Center
FREE; All Ages

The Shape of Things is a juried art exhibition open to ages 16 and older that invites artists to examine the forms, structures, and outlines that define our visual and conceptual world. Join us at the San Ramon Community Center (12501 Alcosta Blvd, San Ramon, CA 94583) for the opening reception on Saturday, November 15 at 6 p.m. to see the artwork, meet the artists, view the awards ceremony, and enjoy light refreshments.

Bah Humbug! 5k Run/Walk & Kids Dash
Saturday, December 6
Start & Finish: San Ramon Central Park Community Center
Kids Dash starts at 8:15 a.m.
5K Race starts at 8:30 a.m.

The Bah Humbug! 5k Run/Walk and Kids Dash, presented by the City of San Ramon, is a fun way to start the holiday season, and is great for families and children!

The Bah Humbug! is a chip-timed race, which begins and ends at San Ramon Community Center (12501 Alcosta Blvd, San Ramon, CA). Participants will receive a long-sleeved holiday shirt and the famous Bah Humbug! ornament.
