Overturned Big-Rig Blocks Lanes On Highway 17 At Summit Road

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — All northbound lanes of state Highway 17 at Summit Road are open again after an overturned big-rig blocked the lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol.

All lanes reopened at about 6:25 p.m. on Highway 17, which connects Los Gatos and Santa Cruz.

At least one lane had been blocked since about 4 p.m., CHP officials said.
