82-Year-Old Man Goes Missing In Santa Monica

SANTA MONICA, CA — An 82-year-old man was reported missing from Santa Monica, according to authorities who issued a Silver Alert for him on Friday.

Edmond Bartnett was last seen around noon Thursday at Third Street and Washington Avenue and was believed to be on foot, the California Highway Patrol said.

He is described as a 6-foot-2 white man who weighs 230 pounds. He was gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a hat that reads "Veterans," a blue sweater, blue pants and black shoes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
