Hello Santee,   I attended an event on Sunday night, back with our neighboring chamber, East County Regional. They hosted their annual East County Honors celebration, honoring their businesses, welcoming new directors to their board, and showcasing some special awardees who have made an impact this past year and beyond.    I was so pleased to be invited as a guest of Cox Communications. As a partner of our chamber as well, Cox’s team is dedicated to finding solutions that make sense for businesses and residents alike. I’ve been very fortunate to get to know their Manager of Government Affairs, Allen Young. This truly “Young” professional is such a welcomed addition to their team and to our Government Affairs Committee. His broad knowledge of business forecasting and background with elected officials make him the perfect fit, and bonus, he is as kind as he is smart, making him wonderful company for the evening as well.
