Drunk in Public: An officer picked up a 23-year-old woman after he heard her knocking over trash cans at the Plaza just after 2 a.m. A breath test placed her blood alcohol level at .18.

Theft: A man reported his custom GT mountain bike, worth $3,000, missing. Between Monday, March 28 and Friday, April 1, someone cut the lock when the bike was parked at his home at the Carneros Lofts on 600 block of First Street West. He is offering a $300 reward for recovery.
Habitual Drunkenness: Police responded to calls from a 19-year-old woman who said that her mother was drunk, throwing things, and regularly abusive to both her and her 14-year-old sister. Officers arrested her mother, Michelle Loustalot, 47, and charged her with habitual drunkenness in front of a child. Loustalot was booked into jail, where police recovered a small bottle of vodka from her pants.

Theft: Someone stole several Rubbermaid garbage cans from El Pueblo Inn between 4 and 5 a.m.
Petty Theft: A 55-year-old woman reported her wallet missing.
Thursday, April 7
Burglary: A television and CD player were stolen from a clubhouse at the Sonoma Creek Senior Housing center, sometime before 9:30 a.m. The clubhouse, which also houses a self-service laundry room, was locked, but residents have keys.
