DUI: An officer patrolling the area of Second St. East and East Macarthur pulled over a Portland man driving a silver Toyota Corrola. The driver, Lakpa Sherpa, 33, failed field sobriety tests and tested .095 percent blood alcohol ratio on a preliminary breath test; a retest placed his blood alcohol at .08. He was booked into Sonoma County jail.

Vandalism: A window in _'s gym was broken with a concrete block; a nearby window had been removed by unhooking its frame. Nothing appears to have been taken from the break-in, which officials believe happened between the evening of Friday, May 21 and Monday morning.

Public Intoxication: Responding to reports that a drunken Steiner's customer was harassing customers, police arrested Robert Procter, a 34-year-old Santa Rosa man, who was standing outside the bar with a 24-oz can of beer. Procter, who is on probation for a prior alcohol related offense, was booked into Sonoma County jail.
