Upload Your Graduate's Pic For Our Special Photo Gallery

With graduation season upon us, it's time to honor and celebrate the accomplishments of hundreds of graduates throughout Sonoma who will be walking the stage and receiving diplomas - whether for high school, middle school or nursery school.

We are in the process of creating a special photo gallery that will feature Sonoma graduates - not to forget those who are from Sonoma who are graduating from other colleges - and are putting the call out to Sonoma Patch readers to send us your graduate's photos.

I've uploaded my own graduation pic from way back when, just to get the ball rolling.

We will be publishing the gallery as soon as we receive the first couple of photos and the community will be building the photo gallery as it counts down to graduation ceremonies throughout Sonoma, and regionally. This is truly a homegrown photo gallery and something that Sonoma can help us build to honor graduates.

On the day of the graduation ceremonies at the local high schools and Sonoma State University, we invite everyone to upload a photo or two of the graduate in their moment of triumph.

It all starts by signing up for a free user account at Sonoma Patch and sending a photo of the graduate to the editor at alexis.fitts@patch.com.

Once we receive the first couple of photos, the photo gallery will be published and users can upload their photos directly to the story.
