Slideshow: Murphy's Rules St. Paddy's Day...Again

For another year Sonoma revelers took to the Plaza on St. Paddy's Day for a liver-aching bar hop.

At Murphy's crowds closed out an alley way to groove to live music in the newly renovated space. Though the pub declined to provide green beer, curries from Taste of Himalaya and a full Irish feast provided nourishment for all-night-long dancing.

Seems like residents at the end of the night. Despite dedicating an extra officer to DUI enforcement, the Sonoma Police didn't make a single arrest for drunk driving on St. Patrick's Day.

This article mistakenly reported that there were no DUI arrests in Sonoma on the evening of St. Patrick's Day. According to recent information from the Sonoma Police Department, there was one arrest, made at 12:12 p.m. at the intersection of West Napa Street and Broadway. Sonoma Patch regrets the error.
