Wanted: Your Voice on Sonoma Patch

If you're an Sonoma resident, or someone who works in Sonoma, with an existing blog or a desire to start one, our blogging section may be a good fit.  Share your expertise, voice your opinion or get the word out about your organization in a  Sonoma Patch blog.

We call it Local Voices. Take a look, we only have a couple people so far who've taken advantage of this opportunity to break into print - even if it's digital.

So whether your bag is education, government, business needs, meditation or mediation, dog issues or the challenges of parenting, take a chance and blog on Sonoma Patch.

The blog platform can be more free-wheeling than our homepage. And, though the local editor (that's me!) has the final say whether a blog post is published, for the most part, anything that is legal goes. 

True, bloggers will be unpaid, but Patch will edit the posts only lightly, for spelling and grammar.

The goal is to open our doors to a new set of voices, which we hope will offer even more engaging ideas to energize and inform our Patch readers.

Who knows? Your blog could possibly get picked up on the Huffington Post. (Hey, it's happened before!)
