Police Seek Indecent Exposure Suspect
A man dropped his pants in front of a victim on Collis Avenue Oct. 6.

Police released the composite of a man who exposed himself to a 36-year-old female on Collis Avenue Oct. 6.
Around 10:40 a.m. last Thursday at the 4900 block of Collis Ave., the victim was sweeping her front yard when the suspect walked by her and said "hi." The suspect then walked several houses down and sat on a block wall.
The victim continued sweeping—yet several minutes later she looked up and saw the suspect standing near her with his pants down to his knees exposing his genitals, according to reports.

Police say the victim walked in her home and the suspect walked north with his pants down. He is described as a 25- to 30-year-old hispanic male with a dark goatee mustache, 6', dark eyes, 170 pounds wearing a black hooded zippered sweat jacket and basketball shorts.
