Traffic Alert: Car Flips On Walnut Creek Freeway

WALNUT CREEK, CA -- A car flipped on a Walnut Creek-area freeway early Saturday morning. The incident happened around 6:15 a.m. on eastbound state Route 24 near the Pleasant Hill off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP incident log reported the car, a gray Nissan Sentra, flipped to the side near an embankment.

An ambulance was called to the scene.

Drivers should expect delays in the area.
