Samantha Herrera, 17, was found by authorities, who arrested Rodney Brown, III, 19 on a violation of a protection order.

SHERIDAN CO – An AMBER Alert was cancelled for a Sheridan teen who disappeared around midnight Tuesday, after she was found safe by authorities, Sheridan Police said.
Law enforcement agents were able to contact Samantha Herrera, 17, and arrested Rodney Brown, III, 19, on volition of a protection order.
Around 5 p.m. Tuesday, Herrera was allegedly grabbed as she tried to exit Brown's car, witnesses told police who responded to the PetSmart at 3720 River Point Pkwy. Brown was named in a protection order forbidding him from contacting Herrera, police said.
