Stabbing Reported Near 28th And Kalmia: Update
Police believe the victim and suspect are known to each other.

BOULDER, CO -- Boulder police have made an arrested a man they believe stabbed a family member on Tuesday morning in North Boulder. Franz Collom, 52, was taken into custody on suspicion of first degree assault.
Police believe that Collom was arguing with an adult male family member and stabbed them. The victim was transported to Boulder Community Health with life threatening injuries.
Collom is currently being held at the Boulder County Jail.

Boulder police reported the stabbing that occured Jan. 28, shortly before 8 a.m., in the 1400 block of Kalmia Ave. Police initially reported that the suspect was in custody, and that the victim and suspect are known to each other.
