Armed Bank Robber Arrested On Pearl Street: Police
Boulder officers quickly apprehended the man suspected of robbing a Chase Bank.

BOULDER, CO -- Boulder police have arrested the man believed responsible for robbing a Chase Bank located at 2500 Arapahoe Ave. on Monday, Nov. 5, according to a report from the City of Boulder Police Department.
Shortly after 3:30 p.m.,30-year-old Jeffrey Palmer approached a bank teller at the Chase branch with a gun, demanding money. He left the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Within 45 minutes of the alleged robbery, police located Palmer on foot near 16th Street and Pearl Street. He was taken into custody without incident and will be held at the Boulder County Jail.
