Best Boulder County Ice Rinks For 2018-2019
Looking to lace up your skates and practice a few turns? Here's a guide to the local options for seasonal fun.

BOULDER, CO -- Ready to spin and glide through a winter wonderland? We've done your research for you. While there will be no skating in downtown Boulder this year, there are lots of great options throughout the county to choose from. The winter is only beginning – you still have time to try them all!
Louisville -
WinterSkate brings old-fashioned, outdoor ice skating to historic downtown Louisville, offering concessions, skate rentals, and free horse-drawn carriage rides. Entry with skates is $4 for children under 3; $9 for ages 4-12; $8 for college students, military and seniors; and $10 for adults. Hours vary by day of the week and are extended during school vacations. Check their website for the latest times and rates.

Nederland -
The Nederland Ice & Racquet Park hosts NedRINK every year. Open every day during its December-February season, NedRINK offers recreational skating, learn-to-skate lessons, hockey leagues, curling, and broomball. Rentals available. Call for hours and details: 720-235-8597.

Superior -
The Sports Stable offers year-round indoor ice skating in Superior. Sports Stable has a full list of public skate hours, with skate rentals available. From Dec. 21-Dec. 23, they will host "Naughty and Nice on Ice", a hockey tournament with an open division.
Longmont -
The Longmont Ice Pavilion is located in Roosevelt Park at 725 8th Ave. Skate rentals and lessons are available, and there are also facilities you can rent for private parties. Hours are weather-dependent, so check ahead of time. Prices are $5.50 for kids 2-5, $6 for seniors, and $6.50 for adults. Rentals cost $3.50.
Estes Park -
Willing to travel a bit for a magical winter experience? Dorsey Lake is nestled in a grove of pine trees at 2515 Tunnel Rd. in Estes Park. Kids day passes are just $10, which includes a skate rental, while adults 13 and older are $25. Call 970-325-7065 for hours and more information.
