  1. Boulder residents take note, in an effort to get a read on how the residents of the city would like funds to be allocated the city of Boulder, Colorado government is looking for your feedback on how Boulder should use federal ARPA funds for supporting affordable housing in the community. Residents are being asked to complete a 5-minute survey that can be found here at http://ow.ly/E0BW50MItv7 by Feb. 20.   2. The Boulder County Branch NAACP, African American Cultural Events and Boulder County are hosting 2023 Black History Month Celebrations throughout the month of February.   3. Postino WineCafe is coming to Boulder soon! It will be setting up shop at 1468 Pearl Street, Suite 110. Offering the same carefully crafted selections of bruschettas, fresh salads, charcuterie boards, from-scratch soups and panini sandwiches, it will also be serving its famous shareable bites including menu selections such as the OMG Grilled Cheese served up with piping hot and creamy tomato soup dip, sweet potato wedges, butter-poached shrimp scampi and more.   4. Chautauqua: 125 Years at the Heart of Boulder, is the new exhibit at the Museum of Boulder. The exhibit is being presented in partnership with The Colorado Chautauqua. Highlighting Chautauqua’s 125-years history, the preservation of its historic buildings and grounds, and its enduring love for the vibrant art scene and natural oasis of Boulder, this exhibit promises not to disappoint. It includes archival photography, video, local plein-air artwork and an interactive musical experience from the famous Chautauqua Auditorium. Stop by this weekend to have a look.
