BOULDER, CO — The University of Colorado at Boulder campus was hit Tuesday afternoon with a power outage affecting much of its campus, the school reports. The outage has delayed the start of some final exams, though the university says power is returning.

At 12:53 p.m., the university alerts website said that an outage was affecting most of the campus, and Facilities Management is working to identify the issue. Shortly after, the school announced that finals scheduled for 1:30 p.m. would be moved back to 2 p.m., by which point the school said it hopes power is restored.

At about 1:54, the school tweeted that power is restored to campus buildings.
