Fire Destroys Nebo Road Outbuilding
A person had been staying in the structure but was out of town at the time of the blaze.

BOULDER, CO -- An outbuilding has been declared a total loss after a nighttime fire in the 3400 block of Nebo Road, according to a release from the Boulder County Sheriff's Office. The fire occurred shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 6. Firefighters were able to extinguish the flames, and all parties were accounted for.
The owners told firefighters that someone usually stayed in the structure and that it contained a wood-burning stove, however the resident was out of town at the time of the fire. One man was treated for minor smoke inhalation by AMR paramedics.
Representatives from the Lefthand Fire Department, AMR Ambulance, and the Boulder County Sheriff's Office all responded to the incident.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
