Public Agendas: RTD on Arapahoe, Planning Boards, Prairie Dogs

BOULDER, CO -- Lafayette has two big issues on the docket this week, with a presentation on proposed reductions to RTD service on Arapahoe, and an emergency ordinance to stay the removal of prairie dogs from city properties. Planning commission and planning board meetings will be happening in Boulder, Erie, and Superior. Nederland's bi-monthly town meeting falls this week.

Boulder -

*Tuesday, 6 p.m. - City Council Meeting. An update on prairie dogs and a proposed 20-year lease for Eco-Cycle. Second reading on 2019 budget.

*Thursday, 6 p.m. - Planning Board Meeting. Update on an annexation proposal, redevelopment of Scott Carpenter Park for floodplain development.

Erie -
*Tuesday, 6 p.m. - Board of Trustees Study Session. Public works updates, street and road condition discussion.

*Wednesday, 6:30 p.m. - Planning Commission Meeting. Rex Ranch zoning project.

Lafayette -

* Tuesday, 6 p.m. - City Council Meeting - Presentation from the City of Boulder on RTD reductions on Arapahoe Avenue, emergency ordinance to prevent prairie dog removal, public hearings on two proposed developments

Longmont -

* Tuesday, 7 p.m. - City Council Study Session. Duplex water accounts and enclave annexations.

Louisville -
* Tuesday, 6:15 p.m. - City Council Meeting. Public hearing on city code regarding city parks and open space, market analysis for McCaslin Area development.

Lyons -
* Monday, 7 p.m. - Board of Trustees Meeting. Public hearing on outdoor overlay activity districts. Discussion on sales tax, proposed shooting range. Executive session to follow.

Nederland -

*Tuesday, 7 p.m. - Board of Trustees Meeting. Schedule unavailable.

Superior -
*Tuesday, 7 p.m. - Planning Board Meeting. Discussion of Superior Marketplace design alternatives, original town update.
